  • Chat Information: For portal setup and access management, we collect IDs, titles, and usernames of groups and channels you connect with the bot.
  • Portal Configuration Data: Details about your portal setup, including custom messages, media IDs, button configurations, and selected payment gateway settings (e.g., currency, duration, price), are stored.
  • Payment Data (via Third-Parties): When using premium access passes, payment processing is handled by third-party gateways (Coinbase Commerce, NowPayments). We do not directly collect or store your sensitive financial information (e.g., credit card numbers). We receive transaction IDs and status updates from these gateways to manage your access.
  • API Keys/Secrets (Encrypted): If you provide API keys or secrets for payment gateways, they are stored securely and encrypted.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data to understand how the bot is used and to improve its services. This data does not identify individual users.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the VerSync bot services.
  • To manage user access to protected Telegram groups and channels.
  • To process premium access pass payments via integrated third-party gateways.
  • To enable customization of portal messages and features.

  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties.
  • We may share necessary data with third-party service providers (e.g., Telegram API, Coinbase Commerce, NowPayments) solely for the purpose of operating and improving VerSync services. These third parties are obligated to protect your information.
