By accessing or using VerSync, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use VerSync.

2. Service Description

VerSync provides tools for Telegram group and channel administrators, including automated member verification, customizable onboarding messages, and premium access pass management with cryptocurrency payment gateway integrations.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and any associated API keys or secrets used with VerSync.
  • You agree to use VerSync only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must ensure that your use of VerSync complies with Telegram's Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for the content you post or manage through VerSync.

4. Premium Access Passes

  • VerSync facilitates the creation and management of premium access passes. The pricing, duration, and terms of these passes are set by the individual administrator.
  • VerSync integrates with third-party payment gateways (Coinbase Commerce, NowPayments). We are not responsible for the processing of payments or any issues arising from these third-party services.
  • Access passes are time-based. Upon expiration, VerSync will automatically revoke access to the protected chats.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • VerSync is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the bot.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of VerSync, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party services integrated with VerSync (e.g., payment gateways, Telegram API).

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update our Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of VerSync after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
